Love these guys! My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. They are honest, reasonably priced, and friendly!

As a car enthusiast all my life, I’m always a bit skeptical handing over my vehicle to a “new to me” automotive shop. I have to say my experience with the owner, David, was nothing less than professional, knowledgable, and courteous! He and his tech went beyond my expectations providing service the way it should be done… Besides the great service, the price for what was done was very fair! It is always great to support a local and family run business, and now First Quality Imports has a new and loyal customer for the future! I would not hesitate to refer this business to anyone in need for the care of their Toyota, Lexus, Honda or Acura!!

I have taken my car to Quality several times and I am always pleased with the service. The staff are all friendly. They always diagnosis the problem promptly and they stand behind their work. They are not pushy and never try to sell you services that are unnecessary. I would recommend this company for all your car needs. Great people and awesome service!!

Had an appointment at 10:30 to diagnose my problem with Highlander, took a test drive and recognized the problem. Went back to the shop and he said since I was from out of town he could fix it while I waited in about 1 1/2 hrs. He was right on. David and his mechanic were super friendly. Highly recommend.

Service was top notch! The knowledge and diagnostic process were better than I expected. We all know how it feels to take your car in thinking it’s one thing, only to be told it’s much more. That was not my experience here. David was incredibly kind and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my vehicle. He told me exactly what needed to be fixed — and just as importantly, what did not need to be done. I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency. I highly recommend coming here first before going anywhere else. I’m so grateful for the integrity, professionalism, and kindness shown throughout the entire experience
